Whew, I'm wiped out. This week is National Fitness Week and in honor of this, my company has said that we could come to work in our exercise clothes, and we would do some form of exercise every day, at every hour of the day. The first hour would be stretching, the next hour would be a walk around the office, the third one would be climbing the stairs, etc. In terms of clothes, we could wear shorts or tank tops (and some people did) or whatever it is that we wear. We will also have catered lunch where healthy food will be brought in. The free lunch is great because we don't have a cafeteria in our building and it's really difficult to go out for lunch because of busy roads and a poor garage layout (it is really dangerous driving in that garage because there is barely enough room for 2 cars to pass each other).
So I walked around the office twice and climbed the stairs from 2nd to 7th floor twice today. I imagine I'm going to start feeling the effects tomorrow. I was pretty tired by the end of the day, part of it due to the busy activities but also because I did not sleep well last night . It might be because I also spent the weekend driving around town trying to find decent exercise clothes (I'm not wearing leggings and that seems to be all stores are selling!) On top of that, I spent time working with my printer to print out pictures for framing and for transferring to my new exercise clothes. All of this weekend activity pushed out my usual weekend activity of posting and drawing.
So now I'm trying to catch up.
Ending note: I don't know why pictures out of Canva turn out fuzzy. It's not apparent until I load onto the site.
