Data Tables – Part 2 with a Twist
I did another post on LinkedIn on data tables but this time with two variables. I started out showing Goal Seek to show how to reverse engineer into the numerical results you want. Then I did a post on data tables with one variable and now this post will be with two variables.
This post continues the story begun in my first data table post a couple of weeks ago. I added a little twist to the usual data table at the end where I included some constraints or certain results if certain numbers were hit. These constraints were done via a table accessed via VLOOKUP (or you could use XLOOKUP).
The more I play with these data tables, the more potential I can see in using them. They seem to be full of rich possibilities. One can quickly and easily expand the number of results if one were testing various combinations of inputs.
